Post Script 1

Understanding God’s Unfailing Love

This session addresses the tension many believers live with — the fear that failure might exhaust God’s love — and reframes it through the lens of grace that is unwavering, complete, and secure.

Scripture Focus

Ephesians 3:18–19

"May be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height— to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God."

A. The immeasurable love of God

God’s love exceeds human measurement.

Scripture stretches language to describe a love that cannot be contained by categories or limits. Its width reaches everyone, its depth enters suffering, its height lifts hope, and its length endures time.

Immeasurable love cannot be earned or depleted. It exists because of who God is.

Knowing this love reshapes identity and quiets fear.

B. Our sin doesn’t cancel His love

Failure often tempts us to believe that love has conditions.

Scripture consistently counters this fear by anchoring love in God’s character rather than our performance. Sin grieves God, but it does not surprise Him or nullify His love.

Grace confronts sin honestly while refusing to withdraw affection.

God’s love remains even as He calls us forward.

C. Grace is God’s unmerited favor

Grace is not a transaction.

It is unmerited favour — given freely, sustained faithfully, and offered continually. Grace removes the pressure to earn acceptance and replaces it with gratitude.

Living in grace means resting in what has already been given.

Unmerited favor frees us to grow without fear.

A Song to Sit With This Week

This session is paired with a song that reflects assurance, humility, and gratitude.

As you listen, allow it to reinforce this truth:
God’s love is not fragile or conditional.
Grace holds you steady.
